The Mayfair Dolls House with Arch Front Basement - Painted

The Mayfair Dolls House bundled with the Arch Front Basement is a beautiful 4 storey plus attic Georgian style wooden dolls house from British manufacturer Streets Ahead Dollshouse. The Mayfair basement is painted a light grey and the dolls house exterior walls are painted cream with white windows, doors, balustrades, quoins, dentil moulding and trim. The interior is laminated in a natural wood finish, with a solid wood staircase and rails.

The Mayfair with it's basement has 8 rooms over 4 floors plus a large attic room. Each of the 6 rooms above the basement level have interior doors which gives it the feel of a real house and also creates 3 stairwells. Features include a hinged roof so that the attic can be accessed, hinged front door for the basement, split front opening so that the whole front opens to reveal the interior, a pillared porch and a balcony above with 2 French doors that open and close and French doors to the side!

Please note that The Mayfair has not been certified CE by the European Union, therefore, we cannot advertise it for sale to children under 14 years of age. However, as the dolls house is more solid and sturdier than some of those that are CE rated, we believe that with adult supervision, it is suitable for children aged 6 years old and above.
