Orchard Avenue Dolls House

Orchard Avenue is a classic 20th Century British style Tudor and brick wooden dolls house. Orchard Avenue, from doll house manufacturer Streets Ahead Dollshouse has exterior walls that are painted white on the upper half, brick effect on the lower section and painted Tudor style beams on the dormer windows. It also features bay windows, white windows and front door and a slate grey roof. The interior of the dolls house features a natural wood finish that can be painted, wallpapered or left natural.

Orchard Avenue has a hinged roof so that the large attic room can be accessed, split front opening so that the whole front opens to reveal the interior, and 2 interior doors that separate the 4 lower level rooms.

Please note that Orchard Avenue has not been certified CE by the European Union, therefore, we cannot advertise it for sale to children under 14 years of age. However, as the dolls house is more solid and sturdier than some of those that are CE rated, we believe that with adult supervision, it is suitable for children aged 6 years old and above.
