As soon as the grownups will allow, children across the country will begin drawing up their Christmas lists and thinking about composing a letter to Santa Claus. Here at WoodenToyShop and no doubt up at the North Pole, we are sure that a Le Toy Van dolls’ house will feature very prominently in many of these lists and letters. Here in our office we love bringing Christmas cheer to as many children (and parents!) as possible and so we have decided to launch an October competition to win an absolutely magnificent Le Toy Van Cherry Tree Hall.
Cherry Tree Hall is new to our range of wooden dolls’ houses and at nearly 1 metre tall is the largest produced by Le Toy Van. This deluxe dolls house spans three stories and also has attic rooms which are accessible through a removable roof. The front of Cherry Tree Hall features central arched windows and a beautiful front door (which opens and closes, of course). The left and right hand side of the front have three stories of windows, each of which has working shutters, beautifully painted in delicate blue with a flower motif. The side walls have windows with flower boxes, and the rear of Cherry Tree Hall also has windows, which add extra light to the interior. Each floor is decorated with a delightful unique design and on the ground and first floor each room has its own separate ‘wallpaper’. The floors are connected by wooden staircases which also serve as room dividers.

i love the bay tree house, mainly because it is so PINK,. The one daisy lane set we would just have to have would be the drawing room. The little tea set on the table is just the best and i know my daughter would be the happiest little girl in the world. Mummy would be too :O) xx

fWe love the Lionheart Castle and Sophies House, my son is into dragons and knights which is why we like the castle and our daughter just adores anything to do with dolls but I think the sophies house is wonderful, we also think the little garden is a great addition and the bunk beds are great, (if only they made lifesize ones) xxx

My favourites are the Cherry Tree Hall house and the Le Toy Van Daisy Lane Kitchen, I used to be obssessed with my Barbie kitchen when i was teeny, she was forever cooking a roast chicken! :D

Ooops, I see I need to pick favourites. The Le Toy Van Bay Tree House is my favourite although the Le Toy Van Cherry Tree Hall is wonderful too. The Le Toy Van Daisy Lane Children's Bedroom has to be my pick for favourite furniture because my god daughter loves the wooden rocking horse I bought her last year and I see a little rocking horse in this set.

Mayberry Manor is lovely - the bay windows remind me of my childhood home, but I love Sophi'e shouse too. Of the Daisy Lane furniture sets, I think the kitchen set is my favourite, although all of them are on our current wish list for our girls!
