AngieWe bought this for our grandson for when he came home from an operation in hospital. He needed something to cheer him up and this train set did wonders and really kept him occupied. A lovely toy and i couldn't recommend it enough.

The first thing that struck us is that it's great value, there is so much stuff in the box, it's like unpacking a hamper!!
Our little boy of 4 loves it and we just bought the train table to go with it so he doesn't have to pack it away each evening. There are so many additions to it such as all the houses, cars and trees which he can use with his other toys.
This is one of the best purchases we've made for our boy.

This is a tremendous train set and we think is fantastic value for money:) The quality is amazing, we knew it would be as we see so many of our friends' toys from Bigjigs.
Although it's one of the lower priced sets, it's still got loads of accessories and is wonderful for our little boy who is a train set fanatic. He plays with train sets all the time at his cousins' house and is a fully fledged train fanatic. This toy train set is his dream toy and thanks for a wonderful service and your patience when we called to discuss the train sets on offer.

Mike 27th Apr 2012A bit cheap and nasty in places but it is half the price of the leading brand. The add on pieces appear very available and look fun so will be adding to my 2 year old sons over the next couple of years.
2yr old Son enjoys it a lot, might be worth considering getting or making a table for it if you have the room.
